| On February 4th, 2008 Pizza Planet - New Richmond turned one year old. It was a very successful year and would like to thank everyone for their patronage and loyalty. | Recently, I have been receiving numerous inquiries as to how my daughter, Sara Wallin's sing career has been going. Trust me, I do appreciate everbody's interest as we are so proud of her success. So, I thought I would bring everyone up to speed about some recent developments. A few weeks ago, Sara and I went to Nashville, TN so Sara could record 4 new cuts on her album. Sara's producer, Duane Sciacqua is as excited about this as we are. Sara's producer, Duane Sciacqua is currently touring with country artist, Rodney Atkins and is Rodney's lead guitar player. Duane has picked guitar with many other well know artists such as Paul McCartney, and Joe Walsh and Glen Frey of the Eagles. Rodney also received the CMA "New Male Country Artist Award". Sara's producer's wife, Becky Hobbs whom is a very talented singer and song writer has written the majoriy of the songs Sara has recorded. One of Becky's many hits that she has written is a song that the Country Group, Alabama recorded called "Angels Among Us". Back in the day, this song went single, double and quadruple platinum. | we ordered food for delivery for the first time on friday from SCF. It took 2 hours to get to us, the food was soggy and cold. Very disapointed. The delivery guy also had the wrong recept with him, and didnt know we paid with check card online, so he wanted us to pay again! Sorry we will never order again and will pass the word on. | |

The problem is not the online ordering system, it is with the local phone company. We have attempted to have this problem rectified with them, however it seems as if they are unable to fix it. In turn, we process it through our card card processing machine. When you order online, the online ordering system does not process your credit card. We manually process it here. | Hi; I have had several items from your menu and have loved them all. However, I am somewhat frustrated with knowing when you are open and when you close. Your brochure says one thing but have tried to call, only to find you are already closed. I then tried to place an order for my family at noon on a Sunday again, no answer. Even though your brochure says you open at 11:00 a.m. It would be nice if either you could support the hours you have listed on your brochure or change your brochure to coincide with your hours. I know I am not the only one who has had this same trouble and frustration. Thanks. |

| To start off with, my husband and I used to order from the Somerset shop quite often and never had anything but good pizza and quick delivery. Last night I thought I would try the eordering - an half and a half later the very nice, pleasant and kind delivery boy arrived whom apologized for the delay. Not a big deal, should have just called it in. I ordered an appetizer sampler that included onion rings, cheese sticks and chicken tenders along with a large thin crust pizza. The appetizers must have been sitting in the box for at least an hour, they were beyond soggy and not edible any longer. The menu also stated you would receive honey mustard, BBQ sauce and marinara of which I didn't get any. The pizza looked great, but again was extremely soggy. I did enjoy the flavor of the sauce and the cheese was plentiful. I hate to leave negative words for a hometown shop, but unfortunately this was not a good experience. I do wish you best in your venture and hope that this was a one time thing. | |

I am however a bit confused as to how you can imply that the sauce was "bitter" when on a pizza fry, we don't even use our sauce. The grease you describe is garlic butter. | Congrats on your new shop! It's exciting to expand and watch your business grow. I'm writing to share my experience with Pizza Planet. Having spent a number of years in the pizza business I looked forward to trying out another new pizza as I always do. I ordered from Pizza Planet for the first time and ordered a medium Pizza Fry. To my dismay it was far from great (I apologize for having to share negative feedback). The sauce was very bitter and lacked that true tomato flavor. The grease was so thick that it soaked through the cardboard box by the time I arrived home just 4 miles away - and this was from a pie with only a crust and cheese. The crust was soggy and showed no sign of ever being "crusty" - not even on the edges. I was hugely disappointed having been so optimistic about N.R. getting a "GOOD" pizza shop. Maybe my own standards are too high but this was not the worth the $10 and the optimism. However, the staff was very curteous, my order didn't take long at all & the shop was clean.
